Cavalry removal+camelry+compatibility improvement

First, this mod does these things
-Removes all cavalry/camelry
-Adds access to chariots/buffs chariot for necessary factions
The compatibility is that it no longer edits the UI for units on campaign select so mods have more compatibility
Only downside is cav show up on campaign select. However they dont actually exist, it is only graphical

Im fairly new to modding beside for a Rome 2 mod
So bug reports and suggestions are welcome
