[Beta] Multi Hit Damage Numbers

[i/s1:184] Combines damage numbers together every second (wow).
Basically, what if you could see your DPS directly.
Also makes damage over time numbers bigger if they are actually doing a significant amount of damage.
All of the above is configurable via mod config.

Where's the sauce? Didn't bother setting up a repo as it's literally two cs files. Decompile it with tmod porter or something I guess.
