True Black Candle: pills no longer give curses

This is a simple mod that makes it so that pills like Amnesia or ??? received after picking up Black Candle have no effect! Refer to video to see how it works (the same applies for the ??? pill as well).The mod also doesn't interfere with any challenges that use curses (e.g. Ultra Hard)

Getting Curse of the Lost or Maze after having an item that negates curses makes no sense to me so I decided to do something about it :)
