ht04dampen GMOD port

This is a port of the map ht04dampen from Half-Life: Decay from the mission Resonance

This was made by extracting the map file from the Half-Life ps2 disc, converting it to bsp, decompiling it and then remaking the brushes and I/O

The cranks and their events work, though due to changes beyond my control (env_funnel is slower in source and env_extremefunnel doesn't exist outside of PS2 HL1) they may differ ever so slightly.

The map has also been modified for sandbox

The map name is gm_ht04_dampen
