Small Caravans

Adds new small caravans to the world. They're controled by drifters and weaker than Traders Guild caravans so they're easier to rob. They're also sell less stuff. You can find them in The Hook, The Great Desert, Heng, The Swamp,Stenn Desert(as long as Esata is alive), Okran's pride and Gulf (If Phoenix is gone).
