xNils' Faster Fence Lunge Recovery

Hello everyone!

This is my first mod I've made for Project Zomboid, therefore it's very small and lightweight!
This mod increases the recovery speed from zombie fence lunges by 40%!

"So why not just disable fence lunging if you don't like it?"
Fence lunging, while very annoying, still helps nerf fence fighting. I'd prefer not to disable it but didn't like how slow and annoying the animations were when getting hit. So, I've created this mod to make getting hit by a fence lunging zombie less deadly.

Did I create this just because I lost my very long standing character after they got their toes swipped by a fence lunging zombie sending my battle hardened survivor spinning? Yes.
