Djura's Walk with the Dragon SFO patch

This mod re-balances unit stats of DEER24's Walk with the Dragon mod for SFO. There is another version (endorsed by DEER24), see which one you like more (do not use both at the same time).

Melee units are changed the most (especially the more elite ones, most prominently the forbidden armies), however some ranged units also got nerfed or buffed. Elite melee units were chosen as they were the ones I thought had the worst SFO balance. The biggest changes are unit count and health in most cases.
