Grow Medicinal Herbs - Patched

Effectively a small rewrite of Grow Medicinal Herbs that should fix a few present issues, made with the creator's permission. Primarily for use in the Ultimate Farming Patch [REDUX], but may be used standalone.
This mod may also be taken down at the original creator's discretion.

The changes are as follows:
- Removed redundant files that relied on another mod being present to function anyways.
- Renamed several files to prevent overwrites and incompatibilities. ('Mo Crops may finally see the light of day.)
- Updated foraging implementation to not overwrite nearly the entire foraging distributions file with an overwritten function, and instead implemented an equivalent function that is added to item spawn functions through code. (In other words, fixes some foraging issues, hopefully!)

Please go show the original mod some love, as this is simply a fixed version.
