i was going to criticize this level but then i realized that it was directly modeled on a real course, therefore it is absolved of all criticism. good level.

HVT will not move because you have to clear all the rooms then handcuff him to complete the mission.
HVT represent as hostage from the hostage rescue training video, you can easily find the video on Youtube.
This is for people who actually seen that video and want to recreate the scenes. Enjoy.
