Arby26's L4D Survivor Hands Fixed²

This is a fixed version of this which is a fixed version of something else.

For those unaware of what the original is meant to be, it is a replacement for the L4D1 survivor arms to make them match the hand shape of the L4D2 survivor hands better and so would look better on L4D2 weapon animations.

I used the original as a base for many of my survivor model edits. Unfortunately I've only recently realised how busted the original addon is.

The fixes this makes;
For Bill:
-Fixes the ♥♥♥♥♥ finger weighting
-Adjusted the position of the whole mesh a bit

For Zoey:
-Fixes the ♥♥♥♥♥ finger weighting (although her's was the best)
-Makes her thumb less thicc
-Makes her arm heights consistent (one was taller than the other before)

For Louis:
-Fixes the ♥♥♥♥♥ finger weighting
-Adjusted the position of the whole mesh a bit
-Makes the watch no longer be made of jelly
-Moves the watch closer to the wrist

For Fronkus:
-Fixes the ♥♥♥♥♥ finger weighting (although his wasn't too bad)
-Adjusted the position of the whole mesh a bit
-Adjusts the thumb shape a tad bit
