描述
Better Molotov Cocktail script.
If you're gonna play with fire, make sure it can actually burn.

This script is intended for players who want a more powerful Molotov that make bigger fires that deal high damage. Tanks will now take less time to die from being set on fire. Careful not to burn yourself (or your teammates) up! I gave it some large buffs without making it extremely overpowered.


Stat changes (Simple)
*More fire damage (40 > 160)
*Fire deals more damage to Tanks
*Fire spreads farther
*Less self-inflicted fire damage on higher difficulties

Stat changes (Full)
+Increased fire damage per second (40 > 160)
+Decreased Easy/Normal Tank fire kill time (75 > 60)
+Decreased Hard Tank fire kill time (80 > 65)
+Decreased Expert Tank fire kill time (85 > 70)
+Decreased damage taken from fire on Easy (20% > 5%)
+Decreased damage taken from fire on Normal (20% > 5%)
+Decreased damage taken from fire on Hard (40% > 5%)
+Decreased damage taken from fire on Expert (100% > 5%)
+Increased maximum fire entities (32 > 80)
+Increased maximum fire range (500 > 800)
+Increased maximum subflames created from initial spawnpoint (4 > 6)

It affects every instance of fire created, including Molotovs and Gas Cans

does this affect the gas cans fire as well or is it scripted to only effect fire from the molotov?

ngl this mod is one of the most fun buffs of the items. Like the m16 is clear. But this? I have never had so much fun playing survival with these mods. Like 2k hours in l4d2 and just now I'm finally enjoying survival. Thank you so much brother!

i want a version to make the normal damage for trolls when throws molotov on team because i have a reverse ff, no burn friendly damage and this is so funny to watch a troll being trolled.
