[Fixed Nav + Stringtables] Half-Life: Opposing Force Chapters 2-6

Changes:
Added stringtables to map 1
Analyzed the nav on all maps, now infected won't respawn when you turn around or leave an area and come back
Connected several nav areas on all maps
Added nav areas to places that were missing them
Fixed some infected ladders in the finale area

Due to the way the finale level is designed, even with these fixes the infected can still fall and get stuck under the teleporter.
