描述
An extra faction for Civilization: Beyond Earth.
Based on the former European Space Agency (ESA) which has become a new organisation. The North European Space Organisation (NESO).

Led by a hardy Swedish guy, Joacim Mårtensson.

-------------------------------------------------------
Sponsor bonus: +1 science for each paddock and plantation.
As I have not created any custom art (yet) the sponsor icon is the same as the one from Polystralia. The leader art is from the Slavic Federation.
It shows up as an extra sponsor in the sponsor selection screen.

I don't think i'll play BE in the nearest future (<--- lol), but i'll keep the sub on this as i don't recall ever having any troubles with it. I'll let you know if i decide to play BE and run into any issues regarding the NESO.

It worked when the game was released. It was an example mod back then. I honestly don't know if it still works, but as long as you do not use RT, it should work.

As in, is it final and bug-free. (I don't have RT so that's N/A anyway).

Nope, I have no plans to adjust the mod for RT at this time.

Saying that you know for certain that "Brazil is the entire south-american continent" is like saying Franco-Iberia is the entire European continent.

The "background" for Brazilla you read and think is cannon probably isn't. In this video at Firaxicon, they discuss a map, made by someone on reddit before the game was released, but it is not cannon.

Because CEO Suzanne Fielding speaks partly in Spanish, we might assume that ARC incorporates Mexico. There are benefits to leaving details vauge.

I really like this mod :) I think it fills a void that was left in the base game. A faction with a small bonus to science and a European Faction, I know the future might not be as nation focused but we can see there are still nations and those in the NESO would probably not join either of the others in the area so it makes sense that they would launch their own initive. The bonus so far feels pretty good, it feels powerful enough that its noticed while not being too much. Well done mr mod creator :)

I like that you made it a company and not a nation. I was kinda disapointed with Beyond Earth that it still kept a strong national orientation to its faction choices. With how space travel is currently being privatized, I expected them to actually make more company based factions than actually nation based ones.
