Yeah i can't upgrade mine either with the 2 refined moonstone it says you need when i try to make it legendary&it also says i lack the required perk to upgrade magical items when i do have the perk.... And you say it can be upgraded?? How if we can't do it when we have the perk but it says we don't?? Wtf is up with that crap?? (-__-)....
