Total map rebuild, new models, custom holdout spawners and few fixes

Please note that I do not want to participate to competition, this small map project was uploaded here to collect this year's new medal paticipant, just let others fight and win for their hard work.
I would like to add more plants and grass to this map later to give a better "jungle feel".
