No Building Quality for LWM's Deep Storage

This is a small patch that removes the quality level from storage buildings added by LWM's Deep Storage mod, and from regular shelves in pre-1.5 versions of the game if you are not using LWM's.

Normal shelf quality was removed from the base game in 1.5, but it is still active for several buildings from LWM's Deep Storage mod such as Clothing and Meal Racks, Weapons and Medicine Cabinets, and Meat Hooks. This mod removes the quality level from those buildings as well.

Mostly for OCD purposes, so that all your storage buildings will have the same quality level, and also to reduce colony wealth.

Q: Can I add or remove this mod mid-save?
A:Yes.
Adding it to a save will remove the quality level from existing storage buildings.
Removing it from a save with existing storage buildings will revert them to 'Awful' quality.

Q:Does this work for buildings other than shelves?
A:Yes. This works for all LWM's storage buildings, as well as pre-1.5 shelves.

Q:Can I use this mod in previous versions of Rimworld to remove the quality of normal shelves even if I am not using LWM's Deep Storage at all?
A:Yes.
