Some of the maps from the custom gamemode for Team Fortress 2, which I like a lot. These are Gmod ports of some of the maps.

Gate
Hospice

Silent Hill
Storage Zero
Swarm
The Abyss
The Asylum
Elementary (redux)
Overgrown
Gutters
Hydro

Every one of these maps have navmeshes, so these are nextbot compatible.

Note: Does require TF2 for some textures to work.

Credit where credit is due, I did not make these. I only ported them over to Gmod.

Noclip, they aren't actually connected to eachother. As for maps with fog, like Underground, I suggest to use the fog effect and increase the range to where its nonexistent in order to find the area.

How am I even supposed to go to the actualy play area? I'm just able to see lobby :p
