Hanigalbat Basket Restored

Restores the pre-release ash-basket version of Hanigalbat's emblem, along with its colours.

Also tidies up a few other inconsistencies with other mesopotamian factions (Mesopotamian Rebels, Nidr, Hanigalbat Separatists who now have the vanilla Hanigalbat emblem as they were missing one entirely).

Lightweight, should be compatible with just about anything.
