Why Would You Want The Wizard Outfit
The Wizard Outfit Can Let You Turn Into a Frog! As a Frog You can finally swim in water!
How to get the Collection
To complete the museum collection you will need to buy a potion and go to a location and break it on a pentagram.
Location of Wizard Huts

First Location and Potion Needed
The First location is at the Docks. Break the potion on the pentagram to receive your artifact.
Second Location and Potion Needed
The Second Location is at The Forest Lighthouse. Break the potion on the pentagram to receive your artifact.
Third Location and Potion Needed
The Third Location is in the Tunnel. Break the potion on the pentagram to receive your artifact.
Fourth Location and Potion Needed
The Fourth Location is at the Mountain Hangar. Break the potion on the pentagram to receive your artifact.
The Reward
Once you brought all your artifacts to the museum, you will unlock the Wizard Outfit!
Congrats! You can now be a Frog!

You know, it's much easier to effectively transport the potions when you collected all of the presents on a previous version before several updates happened and already have the propeller beanie to slowly fly around the entire map.
