Just a quick idea, where "Plan B" was an Arbeit employee who got infected by a headcrab with his Hev Suit on, then got full of the cyan thing and then evolved into a gonome (and then gets killed by Bad-Cop, so yes, this employee had to have the worst luck in the world).
