描述
Overview:
Changes the indicated speed to have configurable decimal places.

Save game compatible

Settings File
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\494840\3295505807\Data Sheets\SpeedDecimalsConfig.xlsx

Settings
  • Decimal Places (Default: 1)
    The number of decimals places to show when displaying speed.
  • Individual Overrides (Default: False)
    If true, the Decimal Places setting is ignored and custom format overrides below are used.

  • Format Overrides
    The provided overrides are just to serve as examples of what's possible
    A 0 represents a required digit. A # represents an optional digit.
    e.g. '0.0#' will give you: 1.19, 1.2, and 1.21
    Important Note:
    The quotation marks are required. The values will not be read correctly without them.

I actually tried to message Shinpuren about a test version back then, but they ignored my friend request and I eventually gave up. It still had some issues at that point, so I wasn't going to advertise it in the comments.
Hopefully it's out soon. It's in the final rounds of testing.
It's really down to if issues are found and how severe they are.

Very much useless. Nice to have decimals in the UI, but what would be much more important is allowing us to actually set the speed to decimals or knots between the speed "modes"

I am playing on 100% realism, what I would be interested in is a mod that would allow me to set my boat to a fixed knot number.

Currently, we just have these non-historical speed modes: "very slow", "slow", "medium", "fast", "very fast".

What I need is a mod that allows me to set my boat to exactly 7 knots. With an IID class, that's currently not possible. 6knots work or the next number is 8-9 knots..

Thanks - I kinda like the more precise info, even if there's really no big difference between, say, 9.8 and 10.2 knots. If the info is there, I wanna have it.
