CP1M2 Chappe

The CP1M2 Chappe is the designation for the command vehicle variant of the Chappe light truck. It is a small vehicle capable of housing 3 to 4 people. Primarily it is to serve as a tactical command and communications vehicle for the overall regimental and battle group commander capable of communicating with multiple units at once along with a onboard battle management system at the front cab. It is a simple and light vehicle allowing for a smaller support section. The extra weight of the radios and electronics does however slow the vehicle down compared to other variants.
