А так же он наблюдал разложение Братства, 'опьяненное' победами былых времен и технологическим превосходством Братство, что не помогло когда они сцепились с организованным и хорошо вооруженным врагом в лице Новой Калифорнийской Республикой. Теперь же пришло время принять трудное решение мы либо сражаемся вместе, либо погибаем врозь.
