Fairfield by Marriott Hotels DLC

This is the Hotels & Retreats DLC version of Fairfield by Marriott. Included is a different roadside sign prop and removable branding. The hotel rating is a 3 star.

Fairfield by Marriott is an economy to midscale hotel brand created by Marriott International in 1987. It was branded as Fairfield Inn & Suites until 2019. They are characterized by similar architectures and no full-service restaurant as cost saving measures. They do have complimentary breakfast, dry cleaning, a gym, pool, business rooms, and standard amenities in guest rooms. The Fairfield name comes from the farm bought by John Willard Marriott Sr. for family retreats.

The Fairfield branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Color variation is on the Center building. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and color.
