@RobGaming-YT The game automatically loads growables with larger footprints, usually 4x4. My art deco buildings are mostly 2x4. But with the Building Themes mod you can create districts with only the buildings you include. In this case, you could include only buildings with smaller footprints, so that everyone can grow in your city. I usually play this way.

i assume these are growable im fairly new to the game and i cant get these to grow.. they look like high den res but i have 2 high den res areas and ive looked at changing the district style nothing i looked into the green citys eco district nothing? anyone know why?
