Yup, blocks out the subject tab, sell provinces, and blocks the empire focus box. Good idea though.

Love the mod, unfortunaly it breaks some parts of the interface, the diplomacy window where you can give a "focus" to your subject is no longer there, nor is the "sell provinces" button when you interact with other nations.
