Wood Elves Enchanted Arrow Upgrades (All AP Arrows Submod)

This submod makes all enchanted arrows AP just like in 8th ed. but also inevitably makes all arrows somewhat more similar. Hence, I make this into a submod rather than an update for the main mod.

All AP arrows now fly with the same speed (waywatchers' arrows have higher speed) and in the same 35 degree angle except Swiftshiver Shards in 45 (A lighter arrow should have a higher arc, but still have a mass of 3 as in Vanilla).

Hagbane Tips: Now have the same low AP damage profile as Moonfire without the extra 20% flaming damage buff, so the unit price is unchanged atm.

Swiftshiver Shards: I want to make them as the same tier as Moonfire and Starfire (in terms of upgrade points) just like in tabletop so I "redesigned" the damage profile. Overall highest damage among the three with AP sits between the two. Best used for low armour units. Spread between the two shots is reduced to tower level, from 1.6 to 1.

You might find them perform similarly overall but that's because I want to keep their price similar for now. It's also just for more flavour and somewhat min/maxing things.
