A small patch for Cat's Clothing Overhaul, making it's vendor list about half as common so it's items share store space with vanilla clothes/backpacks better. Intended for use along side mods that add more items to shops

@mykomark will look into it, I love cat's clothing mod and didn't notice it had test starts when I last used it.

I wish you did <remove test start> with Cat's Clothing Overhaul.
It has some nasty "test" starts.
