model made and port by me

Features:
cel shading
bodygroups
skingroups
view arms

some of the shape keys are broken and idk how to fix them
heres the list of broken shapekeys:

this is also happing with some of my models i ported.
but there not public yet

i would gladly appreciate it if yall know how to fix this.
