描述

60年代第一次尝试100mm滑膛炮的产物，受限于当时技术储备和工业基础，效果不是很好.印象中只服役了几年。
其他国家的基本都是改回线膛炮的69II式。

it's the first time for China to try smooth bore cannon, and it's a not successful try. So this tank only be in arm service for few years. People usually think it's APFSDS is worse than T62 's 3BM4.
Besides , the Type69 tank in other countries is Type69-II , which still use rifle cannon.
