描述
There was an error when Bad Cop first picked up the Crossbow in chapter 4, specifically map 'ez2_c4_3'. Bad Cop's dialogue is slower than the subtitles. As you can see here: https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxKe95rCLo_RUAIM0YEMDrQixg-MbYj9B5?si=Z7aDzR9z7cGInSHi

This file will fix the above error.

@gael the metropolice Are you confusing the line Mossman said in Half life 2? "The Zero Point Energy Field Manipulator is not a toy, Alyx!". I don't remember Eli saying anything like that. Also, the line Bad Cop said actually took about 3 seconds to say. I've added a picture to prove it.

it does happen sometimes and sometimes (unrelated) some subtitles randomly appear randomly like in ep2 when i was gaming to get little rocket man there was the part eli said the gravity gun isnt a toy

@Bad Opinions Squid #FixTF2 Well if so then the subtitles should be shown at the right time when Bad Cop speaks and not when Bad Cop hasn't spoken yet, I just find it annoying.

I thought it was deliberate, he was only commenting on it after taking some time to examine it
