Missing Debuffs

Adds proper icons to debuffs who were missing them.
This has no effect in vanilla Terraria.
But, mods could use these debuffs and now they'll have a proper icon.

This resource pack is mostly for myself, but I uploaded it so anybody could use it.

This resource pack changes the icons for:
• Penetrated (inflicted by Bone Javelin)
  
• Dryad's Bane (not to be confused with Dryad's Blessing)
  
• Daybroken (inflicted by Daybreak and Solar Eruption)
  
• Betsy's Curse (inflicted by Betsy's Wrath)
  
• Oiled (inflicted by Explosive Trap sentries with Huntress armor and Red Riding armor set bonuses)
  
• Leather Whipped (Unofficial name, inflicted by Leather Whip)
  
• Durendalled (Unofficial name, inflicted by Durendal)
  
• Dark Harvested (Unofficial name, inflicted by Dark Harvest)
  
• Firecrackered (Unofficial name, inflicted by Firecracker)
  
• Snapthorned (Unofficial name, inflicted by Snapthorn)
  
• Kaleidoscoped (Unofficial name, inflicted by Kaleidoscope)
  
• Morning Starred (Unofficial name, inflicted by Morning Star)
  
• Spinal Tapped (Unofficial name, inflicted by Spinal Tap)
  
• Tentacle Spiked (Unofficial name, inflicted by Tentacle Spike)
