i finally managed to fix the localisation issue, along with other bugs in the mod. apparently HOI4 doesn't register ü as a valid thing and just ♥♥♥♥♥ itself.
and also there was something wrong with the mod file itself on my end, so i wasn't able to update anything. because of that, i will most likely have to reupload this mod onto the workshop. sorry about that if it happens. but if it does, i'll keep this page up for archival purposes.
