Entropy: Zero 2 NVG (WIP)

Replaces regular Half-Life 2 flashlight with the equivalent from Entropy: Zero 2. The mod is not completely finished, since I'm not sure that how to import the material that was used for NVG in EZ2 yet, also it has some bugs like the fact that the overlay remains on the screen after death. In general, NVG lack blur. For some reason, I couldn't use the SDK_Refract shader like in Entropy Zero 2 to make the NVG look and feel the same. This is my first addon for Garry's Mod, and my first attempt at working with Lua at all.
