Realistic Finnish hydroelectric powerplant. It requires a lot of water to operate (1000m3 per day), what needs to be piped in. Also includes a water source to be placed in a mountain.

That's why you need to place the included watersource on a mountain, so water flows down without need of any pumps.

Well, to be really realistic the consumption should be around million to hundred million cubic meters of water per day, but there is no way to pipe that amount of water in game.
