New Dragons for Wood Elves SFO Submod

This is the SFO submod for New Dragons for Wood Elves by lucibuis. This mod balances the two units to be more in line with SFO Grimhammer III.

I made the Fairy Dragon comparable to the Moon Dragon and the Emerald Dragon comparable to the Star Dragon.

I gave the unit an upkeep increase and recruit cost increase. I increased the time to recruit to 4 turns for the Fairy Dragon and 5 turns for the Emerald Dragon. I created a unit caps for each dragon.

I am still learning to mod so if you notice anything that appears off, just let me know and I will try to fix it. I am open to any feedback or suggestions that you may have.
