[C_HANDS] G-String Hands

This was quite fast but, results weren't good, so i had to take some liberties.
This adds 2 sets of c_hands. One is straight from the game's files, used in the First-Person Body model. It is, quite frankly, awfully rigged and bad-looking. The other one uses the viewmodel hands texture and is based on the Hyper model from the beta HEV hands pack. It is also the one used on the screenshots. Liberties taken was making those hands slightly smaller to make them appear more feminine, so it might not look as great as the Hyper hands, but its passable.

It requires the Playermodel pack due to shared textures.
