Collapse of civilization

This little mod edits crysis and collapse values to make your camapign more difficult. I encountered the game to be too easy to my taste, so I spiced it up a little bit adding public order, morale, unit upkeep and resource production debuffs to the collapse and crysis values.
Also, nomads and sea peoples no longer get +60 attack and +40 charge bonus and things like that. I nerfed them a little bit just to make it more realistic.

EDIT: Apparently, as seen in preview videos, the Dynasties update will have administration/imperium levels as Troy had, so expect a mod from my part to increase campaign difficulty.
