Plutus-M2 Module-RE2

This is a RE2 conversion of the standard Plutus-M2 Module.

Changes made:

1. Reduced laser drills to 8
2. Replaced standard warp drive with advanced version (60 light year warp)
3. Expanded medical bay to include extra parts
4. Added armor locker
5. Re-balanced CPU to a core 8 with open slot to add additional advanced CPU core
6. Removed 2 small constructors.
7. Changed a couple interior light models.
8. Updated stat screen shots on this post

Notes: If you add the advanced CPU core to bring it to core 9, I would recommend updating some thrusters to the plasma version if you are having performance problems. I am on the fence to just do it but I wanted to avoid needing the extra parts for that.
