Class 52 Westerns updated

描述
The Western locomotive updated to the new mod system. Also some minor corrections.

Loco number and names match locos which actually carried those liveries (means D1000 'Western Enterprise' gets two liveries as it was the only loco to carry both desert sand liveries). Blue with Yellow Ends livery on late model loco with light replacing headcode box. Livery templates also included.
