Compatible with head re-textures. (The beard in the third screenshot is not included, it's from the mod Bearded Francis by tomaz.

Tried adding a normal map to make the patches look 3D. Don't know how well it turned out though.

so it just seems kind of redundant to release a separate version where i just change a minor detail.
