All the electronics magazines I know of require to be level 2.
My concern is that over time, my characters have destroyed each and every eectronic devixe in the area, and it's really complicated, not to say boring, to reach the first level to be able to hot wire a car. The only solution I can think of is to choose electrician or engineer as a profession for now.
Would it be possible to force those magazines to be usable at lvl 0 or find a solution ?
