Makes Sky Islands and some other areas close to it cloudier, just a visual change! So Pebble still rains all over the slugcats :D

v.3.0.0 changelog:
- fixed some chimney cannopy to sky islands palletes
- cloudy arenas
- added glowy lights

v.3.1.0 changelog:
- more fixes
- added even more lights

Known visual bugs:
- fern trees being sometimes transparent, impossible to fix

Ill have a look at it, also the discord server doesnt exist anymore, i forgot to delete the link

the discord invite doesn't work. I noticed a bug I think: in some rooms in sky islands and chimney canopu, there is a weird blueish line that goes from up to down the sceen (it looks like it's "scanning" it). i think it only happens right when I enter the regions, so my guess is that it happens because it's not loaded in time
