Shrine of Smiting Rebalanced

It is compatible with UURB (Unique Unit Rank Bonuses mod)

The Shrine of Smiting was ferociously overnerfed, but I have rebalanced it. I didn't buff it back to what it was pre-nerf, but I did rebalance it so it more or less feels the same as it did before the nerf. Divine Vengeance has been left unchanged though.

Shrine also has Faithful, but his normal attack will exclude himself.

This does mean changes were made to the following spells (these spells do work with Shrine but were changed to make this all work):
Wrath of the Faithful
Dome of Protection
Champion of the Faithful
Mass Revive
Cleansing Flame (if you have Eldritch DLC - the DLC is NOT required)
Anything that requires Faithful that I didn't mention

This is compatible with the Eldritch DLC with it's Cleansing Flames
