By modifying the "CycleTime" value, it is the interval in seconds for guns before you can fire again, the lower it is, the faster a weapon shoots. To find out how many bullets per second a gun fires, all you have to do is divide 1 by "CycleTime".
For example, the original M16 has a cycle time of 0.0875, which means that it fires 11.43 bullets per second.
This mod decreases the cycle time to 0.0833, which means that it fires 12 bullets per second.
On another note, I believe that the way I made this mod is the way it should be in Vanilla.
