Thanks to Jack O'Neill and GabeSky, they helped me a lot in making mods. specially Gabesky, he made marienburg's effect 'Gold Loyalty', which is the same effect as imperial allegaince, for this mod

The first invalid database record is rhox_mar_emp_allied_outpost_3 in table building_levels_tables
and pack file !!scm_marienburg_sfo.pack
