Makes XP Decay no more! Feel free to request percentage versions. Just did this quickly for now if anyone wanted it.

Hello. I was just wondering since I've never made a mod before how you did it. Like what did you have to do to make the mod and to remove the XP Decay and how would you set it and other values? Thanks.
