Replaces the Spitter with the Nurse Zombie from Call of Mini Zombies

i think this is one of the few zombies that has appeared in all the Call of Mini games
(aside from the regular zombies of course)

includes sounds AND spit particle replacement
(heads up tho, some of the sounds are the same as the witch's)

doesnt include purple elite variant tho
:(

this concludes the Special infected
dw ill make the common infected eventually (maybe even survivors and weapons too)

Yeah I played some on my mom's tablet many years ago when I was still a child, hopefully this franchise gets revived somehow.

Also when you get to the survivors, it would be pretty funny if you also made the zombies as survivors too apart from the playable characters from CoM:Z. Idk just a funny thought
