Changes:

- The timer before the shot has been lowered from 3 minutes to 30 seconds
- The approach on a secondary attack has been replaced by checking the timer's readiness for an attack

Using:
1. Put an entity of Artillery
2. Take the Artillery Strike Marker weapon in the Artillery Strike category
3. Aim at the target
4. Shoot
5. Enjoy
