Avali Chest and Terminal Animations

For avalichest1, avalichest2, and avaliterminal2 the frameCooldown speed is changed from an astoudingly long 67 to 10.
I also made avaliterminal2 and avaliterminal3 into platforms so I can put things on them. It matches up better with Avali Augments and Assortments mod. I would prefer to change terminal 1 to a terminal with no chair attached but I won't mess with it.
